Which is better for the price?Android pcZT-180 or ZT-280?

The ZT-180 stands for the development of android tablets made in China. And I've heard that'MCBUB will launch ZT-280,It'has made a qualitative leap in terms of speed and experience.
I'm considering buy this tablet pc ZT-180:

but I don't whether it's a good choice ,for if ZT-280 launched and I buy ZT-180,maybe I 'll regeret buying ZT-108 .
