erro ao abrir tomtom home

Boa noite,
Estou com problemas, ao abrir tomtom home ele me da o seguinte erro;
HOME is already running, but is not responding. To open a new window, you must first close the existing HOME process, or restart your system.
Alguém poderia me ajudar. Obrigado

Já tentou deletar o TTH e reinstalar?!
