Erro no Mapsource ao criar um ponto

Pessoal, tenho a ultima versão do mapsource 6.14.1 e ja fiz tudo o que podia e que encontrei aqui no forum e não consigo resolver meu problema

Instalo os mapas, vou na ferramente de localização, localizo uma rua e quando vou defini-la como um ponto preferencial (tipo casa da Priscila) e dou um ok para salvar ele da um erro e pede para contactar a Garmin e fecha o programa.

Agradeço quem puder me ajudar.

Comigo ocorreu um erro semelhante, não sei se é o mesmo.

Enveiei e-mail para a GArmim e ela respondeu:

"Thank you for contacting Garmin International.

I will be happy to assist you. The GDI_REGION.HPP error indicates that there is not enough available memory on the C: drive to process the request. When you select maps in Mapsource to transfer to the device, a temporary folder with the maps is created in the C: drive temp folder.
When the process begins you see the message (building index file) that is the process. If you have select 150 mb's worth of maps to load and the C: drive does not have at least 450 mb's of free space, you will see this error.

I would recommend cleaning out the temp folder by following these steps:

1. Go to Start and click on Run
2. Type in %temp% and click ok, this will bring you to your temp files
3. Go to edit and click on select all
4. Then go to file and click on delete
5. Once the files start being deleted, there may be some that will give you an option to select (YES, YES TO ALL, NO, NO TO ALL), select no you don't want to delete it 6. Some may simply say that the file can not be deleted that is ok because those are needed files, once you click on ok in that pop up the process will stop
7. You can start the process again by clicking on the file second in the list and then by holding down the shift key and scrolling to the end of the list click on the last file, this will select all the files accept
the first one that stopped the process. Keep repeating these steps until the temp files have been cleaned out accept the ones that need to stay 8. Another way to begin the deleting again is to press the (Ctrl) key on the keyboard and while holding it down click on the first file that could not be deleted, then start deleting again
9. Once the temp folder is cleaned out, close the window and empty the
recycle bin
To make sure there is enough free space on the C: drive, open up My Computer and right click on the C: drive, then in the window that appears left click on properties, and make sure that you have at least three times the free space of the file size being loaded to the unit.

Pelo pouco que entendo, aparentemente eles acusam falta de memória.

Entretanto, sugiro que envie e-mail para o suporte técnico (techsupp@garmin.com) pois caso seja mais um dos bugs dessa versão, no próximo eles corrigirão.

Para enviar o e-mail, inicialmente basta que vc click no botão da esquerda da mensagem, para gerar copiar o arquivo para área de transferência, e posteriormente em OK para se fechar a janela de diálogo.

Depois basta vc entrar em seu e-mail, endereçar ao “techsupp@garmin.com”, ingressar no campo para se escrever, basta clicar nele, e depois em CTRL +V que irá colar os dados do erro ocorrido.

Ai é só enviar para a Garmim.

Ja fiz isso e eles me responderam para desinstalar o programa e instala-lo novamente só que no diretório C:/Garmin, porém isso ja vinha sendo feito, sendo assim não me adiantou de nada.
Isso ocorreu após eu formatar o gps e registra-lo no site da Garmin, será que tem alguma coisa haver?

- Boa tarde a todos, como já dito aqui esta versão esta apresentando vários problemas e provavelmente este também pode ser um problema desta versão!

Os conselhos aqui são de se usar a versão anterior!
