How can I add maps to my Garmin?

Hi!
I was traveling to some place for the very first time but my Garmin device wasn't showing that region.
i don't know why even having the latest software update.

So is there a way to fix this problem?

The map file may be missing or deleted from your device....
To resolve this issue, you should first ensure that Garmin express is up-to-date....
with the steps found in Garmin express update application...

you can generally reinstall a previous map update with Garmin express app
